Samsung 256GB state drive
Samsung has unveiled its 256GB solid state drive, which is of 2.5-inch and 9.5 mm-thick.
It has the reading speed of 200 MB/s and sequential write speed of 160 MB/s.
Samsung new drives are expected to be inside of about 35 percent of notebook computers by 2012.

The production of the new drives is expected near the end of 2008.
